Do we need a care plan?
No. You own everything we build and get documentation at handover. A plan is for teams that want someone accountable for keeping it running and improving.
Do you support software you didn't build?
Often, yes. We start with a short paid review of the code and hosting, then tell you plainly what it would take to support it.
What if something breaks after hours?
Response times are agreed in your plan based on how critical each system is, and monitoring alerts us automatically.
What if we need bigger changes?
Small changes use the plan's monthly time. Larger features are quoted as separate fixed-price projects.
Can we change or pause the plan?
Plans are sized to your needs and can be adjusted as your systems change. We agree the terms in writing up front.
